What preset pack to you recommend to start out with?
We recommend the Instagram preset packs. The $75 pack requires a Lightroom subscription and is meant for use on a desktop, and the $50 pack is meant for use on the free Lightroom app.
What are the differences between the preset packs?
Each pack contains different presets with each one giving a different look to your photos.
Can I use the mobile presets on an Android?
Yes, our presets can be used on any device that supports Lightroom.

I’m trying to download my presets but there is no “preferences” button for installation?
If you are working with Lightroom Classic, the instructions provided on our preset purchase page and/or instructional video should be correct. However, if you are working on Lightroom CC you may follow the instructions from this tutorial here – https://bit.ly/2OVoB7L
How do I get my presets from my computer onto the Lightroom app on my phone?
Preset files need to be Airdropped/emailed from a computer to a phone camera roll. Then they should be imported to the Lightroom app (may look like a blank photo), click the 3 dots in the top right corner, click “Create Preset”, name your preset and save it.
Can I get a refund for my purchased presets?
As stated on our product purchase page, we do not offer refunds on these digital products.
I got a new computer and can no longer find my presets, how do I get them back?
Previously purchased presets can be downloaded again from the link in your confirmation email.
I purchased a preset pack, but I am only able to download one preset. How do I resolve this?
Try completely deleting and then re-downloading the presets from your confirmation email. If you are still having issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
